Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
